My only thing is I would make her save up to get it professionally done so her hair didn’t get fried by using the wrong products at home. Proper self-care includes hair too. You are making a big deal about nothing. You can get products that last only a few days. My daughter is 4 and her hair has been multiple colors already. My wife is a hairdresser so she know what to use. Most products now are safe to use and not toxic like they used to be.
