Michelle Rush My daughter is 22 and has 2 tumors on her kidney which are cancerous they won’t remove them till they are 3cm as they say You can’t scare me I work at Applebee’s I’ve seen it all Halloween Shirt. But my concern is even though they are doing scans every 6 months what if they grow past the 3cm mark before her next scan is due and it spreads. They say they dont want to put her through trauma before then as it could take years to reach 3cm. They call it the 3cm rule. Worried mum. Denise Hunley There is awareness. We are full of the fuk upon awareness. What we need is medicine, that anyone with a decent job can pay for. If they’re too sick to work, what with having cancer and all, it’s free.

We need to fix that, unawareness isn’t the problem. We know. Stop stalling and help these people. Jayne Bradley, I cannot understand why after someone has had primary cancer that when other symptoms appear it is not automatically suspected as cancer and investigated urgently. This is not rocket science it’s basic medicine. Janet Botwright Jayne Bradley sadly the simple answer is cost. The reason given for not ordering scans is the slightly increased risk of them causing cancer but the main reason is the cost.
